The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual
relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also refers to as ‘You’ or the
‘Customer’) and ‘zoeboutique.eu’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ to the
‘Website’), belonging to the company ZANKA TRADING LTD.
Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly.
These general Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and
replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written or prior
dispensation.
We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have to read and do
unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and ZANKA TRADING
LTD as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights
as a business.
Updates of our Terms and Conditions are completed frequently, thus you should
peruse these changes habitually.

  1. Use of content
    The services and information provided by the company are for you personal and
    non – commercial use only. The company does not make any warranties
    expresses or implied, as to the accuracy, adequacy, quality to fitness for any
    particular purpose or use and all such warranties are expressly excluded tot eh
    fullest extent that such warranties may be excluded by law. The information
    provided is only for general information and their use is not intended to address
    your particular requirements.
  2. Prices
    Prices or our website may change at any time. The amount you will pay is the
    one shown at the checkout process at the time of the transactions.
    Value Added Tax (V.A.T) is included in all the prices shown on the website.
  3. Availability
    If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a
    particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we might ask you as
    to whether we can deliver a substitute product.
  4. Acceptance
    There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we
    actually dispatch the goods to you. You order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing
    that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually
    dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply
    the goods to you without giving any reasons and a refund will be issued.
    To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum
    number of items.
  5. Delivery Rated and Procedures
    You can have your order delivered up to 20KG to your home or to any other
    address with ACS Courier and ARAMEX Courier, or you can choose to pick up
    your package from your nearest ACS Courier location. Preparation of the order
    will last 1-2 working days.
  6. Return and Cancellation Policy
    During your order procedure, you will be able to remove part or all of the
    products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete (x) button which is next
    to each fo your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more
    products or change the quantity of the products in your cart. Prior to your
    payment, you can still cancel the transaction and return to the screen. Your
    shopping cart is kept in your browser and you can change or cancel your order.
    You can change any of your current orders except individual and prepaid orders
    before delivery dispatch, Monday to Friday except of Public holidays. You can

    For any reason, you can cancel or return any order in 4 days excluding
    weekends, from the day of receipt of the product by sending a written notification
    with your order details to our Email (see above), requesting a cancellation. This
    means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 4 days from the

date you will receive the order, with the clothes tag intact. Otherwise, is not
applicable to return or refund.

    You can pay by using any, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro
    through the payment gateway VivaWallet. The transaction will appear in your
    bank account as ZoeBoutique.
    Purchase Order: When Payment is completed successfully, the name “ZANKA
    TRADING LTD” will appear in your bank statement.

    156(l)/2004 and 197(l)/2007 of the Republic of Cyprus.
  3. Order Procedure
    The order procedure in our Online Shop has the Following steps:

Step 1: Shopping Cart
Choose from the main menu the product category from which you are interested
in purchasing products.
Select the products and add to basket the quantity you wish to buy. You can
continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
You can change or cancel your cart at this stage. If you want to proceed with the
order you have to press the submit button.

Step 2: Delivery Terms
Sign in into the system if you already have an account or create a new account.
Choose the delivery option you would like and press the ‘next’ button.

Step 3: Order Confirmation

Your order is now finalised and you can now see the full analysis of the total
value. You should next select the box to accept the Terms & Conditions of the
company and then press the confirm button in order to be forwarded to the
payment step. You will receive a confirmation email of your order after the
completion of the payment process.

Step 4: Payment
Please proceed with the payment of your order. Your order is considered as final
and confirmed only after you finalise the payment procedures.

You will receive an email as a receipt of your transaction.
